Layer Site Grading Form

Make a layer site about a hobby. Use an image left aligned and only one layer. Make the layer scroll bar optional. Include at least one background image and five links on the website to self created pages.  Content should be accurate and informative. You should have at least five pages done (including index). You’ll probably end up using the same layer structure so make sure you “Save As” each time you change the page.

Be aware of the design and amount of content you use in your website.
20 Skill Test

Changes by Semester. This is for Fall 2007:

Make a frame website about another country (your choice).

Include:

  • A 600 x 150 Banner
  • 1 image rollover
  • The following information: a homepage (with cultural information), a statistics page, a links page, and a gallery page.

Remember that in a frames site you save everything (all your frames), you make it look the way you want it to look, and then you create new pages that later you will link in on your navigation bar. When linking your navigation bar make sure the links have target= mainframe, otherwise they will open up in your navigation bar. The only time you need your frameset open is when you're doing your navigation bar.

21

Your assignment is to go to either http://www.freecsstemplates.org/css-templates/ or

The blog should include links to an archive (they do not need to work- the link should read: #) and 4 pictures. Spell check and make the blog personalized! I expect at least 2 entries and if you’re stuck- blog about the last month of school selecting two days of your choice.
