This is my seventh year as a teacher in Learning Alternatives. In this program not only do we address student’s academic needs but also their social/emotional needs. My role in their lives extends beyond the academic classroom and lasts throughout their high school years.
I am also able to work with two amazing teachers in the same classroom. We work collaboratively with students and with our courses. Teaching and working along side with Tom Hyland and Jim Braley has made me a better teacher.
